PROFESSSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Creative Consultant
Choice Flatware / 2017 - Current
Recruited to establish workflow process to create efficiencies that increased profitability, define design strategy for brand development, and develop a tabletop photo studio solution to enhance product photography for established grassroots business.
Streamlined photoshoot to edit process. The current method was photoshoot to multiple channel compliant edits in twenty minutes, but to maintain profitability that needed to be reduced to six minutes. Using design strategy fundamentals, I cut this time to two minutes by removing redundancies that were interrupting the workflow, introducing new technologies to increase speed, and programming photoshop actions to eliminate simple tasks with a click of a button.
Introducing a workflow process exceeded expectations and boosted profitability with an increase in growth of 35%.
Maintained growth rate while managing new staff members. Training new staff members to take over responsibilities while overseeing their progress on a new process resulting in a steady growth rate while lowering costs by elevating junior staff by mentoring them on specific skill sets related to expected tasks.

Why do i stand out
With 20 years of experience in Multimedia I have excelled in a variety of mediums including, directing, photography, design, illustration, interactivity, animation, acting,
voice over, and traditional art.
I started out my career working two jobs. Firstly as a Quality Assurance Engineer for the "In-Sync" corporation and secondly as the resident multimedia artist for Brainbox Productions. Do you ever wonder why the band N-Sync was spelled that way? Because our name was trademarked. This was the beginning of my career in helping start ups grow and finding balance between not only my personal and professional life but between my creative and technical mind. It was here in my humble beginnings
I learned the most important lesson of my life. It takes more than talent and knowledge to be truly successful in this world, it takes balance. Just as a circus performer teetering on a tight rope high above the on looking anxious crowd requires balance to remain stable and safe, we too need to find balance in our lives for that much needed stability. While at In-Sync I was a Quality Assurance Engineer building Speed Razor, the first of its kind in non-linear video editing software that didn't need the taxing hardware configurations required at the time to process video. Than my nights consisted of being part of Brainbox Productions, a start up that used the Speed Razor software to shoot and edit the first independant feature film in HD thanks to a merger with BOXX technologies. The merger lead to a defining moment for In-Sync and the Audience Choice Award for our film Five Lines and the future of Brainbox. Its more than just balancing your professional and personal life its also balancing your creative and technical sides. You can't have one without the other and they both need to be in harmony for your personal growth. You need to feed both sides of your brain to stimulate each hemisphere, one controlling logic and reason while the other controls imagination and creativity. That is why I live by three basic principles that motivate me every day to continue to my journey.
Three Motivating Principles
I operate on my own set of core values that is based on three motivating principals that I apply to both my professional and personal life. I strive to always be, honest,
hard-working, and humble. Today's professional world is very competitive and while I have seen my fair share of people that get lost in that competitive nature it doesn't have to be that way. The old saying that it takes a village is entirely true in every sense of its meaning. We are all part of the same team and as long as you remain honest and communicate openly, perform to the best of your ability while learning from any mistakes along the way and take pride in your work with the humility and understanding that there are many cogs to this machine, you will find success and satisfaction in what you have achieved.
Honest, Hard-Working, Humble, this is my key to success and what I communicate with my clients, team members, models, actors and my own family. I use these methods and encourage you to use them in your own life/career and you will see a positive change.
The Structure to the Process
Outside of my principles there are some key elements to achieving your goals. This is my approach to any project that I take on.
• CREATIVITY IS MY PASSION
Creative thinking can come from logic and reason as well as the artistic side
• COMMUNICATION IS KEY
Always be open and honest, you can not progress without the right information
• LEAD BY EXAMPLE
Set the tone by demonstrating what it takes to succeed
• DEDICATED TO MY CRAFT
Research new methods and share what you have learned to elevate your team
• LIFE REQUIRES BALANCE
A Professional/Personal life is just as important as a Creative/Logical one
